The Water Works team diagnosed the problem (open pipe was NOT capped correctly) that was behind a cabinet and a wall. Fixed the problem for much less than the initially quoted price and did so in a timely manner. We will not hesitate to call upon Water Works for any future pluming issues.

I just had my annual pre winter furnace system maintenance. My technician was Mark. He was very efficient. He also made some good recommendations that could improve my system. Jonle has been servicing my HVAC system for many years and I regularly have a service contract with them. I have always been very satisfied with the service they provide.

Service was good but the tech left cigarette butts in my yard and driveway. I didn’t appreciate having to pick them up.
Great job from Waterworks. Everyone is very helpful and work very efficiently. Have to replace a central air conditioner where the manufacturer did not put the Freon in the first place. However, everyone works hard to install the replacement central air conditioner the next day. The furnace was installed very well, works excellently.

Excellent experience. But the thermostat you put in when we bought the air conditioner is crap. Too complicated and the tech said the one you have now is worse. I never want another one from you unless it just has the old 3-4 settings for the day, none of this wake, away crap!!!
The person that did the maintenance this year was very nice and did a great job for us.
They were able to replace my sump pump the day after I called. The tech seemed very competent and knowledgeable. My only concern is that the price seemed a bit high for us on Social Security. I appreciated the 55 and older coupon.
