Today I had my semi-annual pre-cooling season system checkup. I received both a text and phone call when the technician was on his way. He arrived on time. Chad is professional and very personable. He updated me on what he did and made sure I understood. His work was thorough and gives me peace of mind that my heat pump and furnace are in good working order for the upcoming summer. He replaced my furnace filter (as its life had almost expired) and reset my filter maintenance minder. I am a very happy customer of West Chester Heating & Cooling.

Scheduling was a problem. Was scheduled for a specific day and range of hours but didn't happen at all that. Rescheduled for following day and plumber Jay Markham got a difficult job done in a timely manner.

Would highly recommend. Price paid is for annual service contract which includes a visit in Spring for HVAC and one in fall for furnace.

As always, excellent service from Waterworks for a clogged basement floor drain. Aaron arrived early in the scheduled (same day) time, quickly assessed the situation and was finished within an hour. I called Waterworks for an estimate for a new sump pump installation as mine was decades old. The tech had one in his truck and the price was reasonable. He installed it right away and did a good job cleaning up. I was very happy with the service.

This is one of the honest company I have requested Plumbing services for. I requested an inspection on my downspout from them and they sent a technician the same day within a few hours.
