Today, Travis was out to my house, listened to my concerns, took the time to thoroughly investigate the possible causes. He even got on a ladder to check my very full gutter!! One problem solved—just like that! What a gentleman!! I’m so grateful.
Jordan came out, scoped the downspout pipes that were clogged up, removed a bunch of roots and other debris, and also cleaned out the rock-filter box by the road that the pipes dump the water into. (Water had been pouring over our gutters during rains so we assumed the pipes were plugged up before calling Waterworks.) He did a great job and is a super nice young man! 👏👏
We had Mark here for a/c maintenance and he was very knowledgeable about what we need to do to keep our 27 year old a/c running as long as possible. We appreciate his sharing his knowledge to help us limp our system along.

I’ve used Waterworks a few times now and have always had excellent service, problems fixed quickly and prices have always been reasonable. When I have plumbing issues Waterworks is the first company I call. John was out today to fix and replace our sump pump and did a great job!
Easy to schedule service, but price is high. It seemed like the tech made up the price on the spot. Works was well done. Great in a pinch but I would shop around if there is time.

Matt Sunnenberg did a wonderful job diagnosing the problem with our AC. He knew what the issue was before opening the compartment to show me the AC coil unit. 19 years old and the rust and decay of the unit was amassing to see. Matt explained all of our options and the cost involved. His advice to replace all of the AC components made the most sense and we felt most confident in his recommendation. Because of the delay in getting the new AC unit ordered and installed, Matt did us a big favor by adding enough Freon to our existing unit in order to keep the house cool temporarily. Thank you, Mike
The appointment couldn't have gone better. It appears that the hose from the water softener had come loose from the drain pipe and that's what was causing the water problem. Thanks for coming out . I hope the problem was taken care of. I wasnt charged as he was there for less than 15 minutes.
We have been dealing with this company for 30 years. They are top notch and all their technicians are very professional and knowledgeable. We subscribe to their maintenance contracts and as a result we have never had a breakdown. They don't try to sell you stuff that you don't need.

Jonle was wonderful to work with from the start. Patrick was excellent- knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and quickly followed up with a quote and timeframe even though the service manager was out of the office that day. I received prompt communication the next morning about the tech’s arrival window, additional text reminders, and even a call the following morning asking if we’d like to move up our timeframe due to a cancellation. Our service tech Chad was kind, professional, got the job done quickly and spent time answering my questions & talking me through everything. I felt very confident in the work he did and information he provided. Their pricing was competitive and significantly better than one of “bigger” names out there (a company we will never be using again now that we’ve found Jonle). It was more in line with other fairly priced companies. Everything was excellent from start to finish and we will use them again in the future and also recommend to others!

No complaints over the four or five years Jonle has kept our heating and AC working smoothly. Furnace broke down in the freezing weather and they were out the same day, replacing it faster than seemed possible.

On a Tuesday evening at 5pm, we described the problem to Waterworks expecting to have to wait a couple of weeks for an appointment. Instead, they were able to get us on the schedule for Thursday afternoon (only 2 days later)! That day, Brian, our plumber, called and texted to say he when he would arrive, and he did right on schedule. He looked at the problem and identified a couple of different ways it could be handled. Then, Brian looked at pricing for each option to determine the one that was most long lasting yet cost effective. He then worked quickly but carefully to complete the job. And Brian did a great job cleaning up! Couldn't be happier with the job.

We called and got an appointment immediately. Omar came out and looked at our sink and clogged drain letting us know every step what was going on and what he may be doing going forward until our drain was clear. He was very respectful and friendly and would definitely call them again.
