Sam was very knowledgeable and treated our house with such respect. Our house is under construction. He wore covers over his shoes as not to track in debris and he cleaned up after himself as he was working and after his job was completed. Quick and easy

We have been using JonLe for almost 40 years. We have never had a single problem with them. The office staff are always very friendly and helpful. The technician’s are always on time and very knowledgeable and respectful of your property. They will advise you have any issues and make suggestions to improve your heating and cooling systems but they are never a hard sell. They have been with us through 2 houses and now a condo. We always purchase the yearly maintenance package so they come once in the spring and again late fall or early winter. We wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. Thank you. I want to express my appreciation to Waterworks for the prompt response to our request for emergency services on Tuesday 1/27 and especially to Mat Ball, the technician who, despite weather conditions, made it to our home early that morning. Had them do a water softener installation. Plumber who showed up at my house was very polite, personable, and efficient. Didn’t take him long at all to do the job, was even able to do things in a way that saved us about $400 off the original estimate. Would highly recommend this company for plumbing needs.

Quick and friendly Just what we need in this Ohio cold

Discovered a plumbing issue with a toilet before going to bed. We’ve always had good luck with waterworks so I scheduled an appointment online the next morning and they were able to come out later that same day. Communication and service were excellent.
