Excellent service and support once again by the Waterworks team. Timely arrival to the job site. Assessed challenges and presented a viable solution for our bathroom shower repair. Our partnership with Waterworks is well over 20 years - and each time they are on our property to offer professional guidance - we're reminded while they remain our preferred supply partner.

Our Waterworks experience was completely satisfactory. Our appointment time was kept as promised and even though we could not duplicate our backup issue for the technician to observe, he provided valuable recommendations and suggestions for our situation. Over half an hour of professional time was devoted by the technician yet there was no fee charged! We think that was terrific! We are repeat customers and continue to recommend Waterworks to anyone in need of plumbing assistance.

Have used them for well over 30 years at my home and condo. Extremely reliable. Their technicians are always personable and knowledgeable. Office staff is also kind and pleasant. Would highly recommend. Price paid is for annual service contract which includes a visit in Spring for HVAC and one in fall for furnace.

Quick, efficient service for a reasonable cost!

I called Waterworks for an estimate for a new sump pump installation as mine was decades old. The tech had one in his truck and the price was reasonable. He installed it right away and did a good job cleaning up. I was very happy with the service.

Conrad and Brayden were friendly and helped us find the source of our water leak. They cleaned up the mess and we are very appreciative. Will call Waterworks Plumbing again. We also felt the pricing was reasonable.

This is one of the honest company I have requested Plumbing services for. I requested an inspection on my downspout from them and they sent a technician the same day within a few hours. The technician was Devonte. He was professional and very honest. He explained the system for me clearly and share some expectations upfront. I really like his humanity side and represents his company well.

Mark was very helpful in checking the system’s functionality while explaining the life of parts and what to look out for. The maintenance checks are always helpful in extending life of the system.

They showed up on time and went about his business as scheduled, after checking out the unit inside he went out and did a thorough job on the unit outside. After he was done he came inside went over everything he did with me and said it all was good and left. Will has a great attitude and definitely a plus for JonLe

They installed my furnace and AC. I have a service contract with them for years. I get semi annual checkups for no additional cost. I have had a problem with my equipment only once. There were no labor costs. There was a discount on the parts required. I am a happy customer for over 15 years. Every service person has been polite and very capable.
