Replaced outdoor hose bib attached to front of home. Work was done by Brandon. He did a great job. I expected to pay $500 based on research i.e. Angi’s List. I paid $700. I did receive a $35 senior discount. Easy to schedule service.
Drains on both tubs not draining quickly enough when showering & kitchen sink was backing up into the tub. Called Waterworks and they were able to get someone out the same day. They are now draining as expected.

Waterworks does preventative maintenance on my sewer line yearly. I have a lot of trees and the roots can be pesky. I always request for Dave Canning to do the work. He is prompt, professional and has many years of experience. Highly recommend them!

Today I had my semi-annual pre-cooling season system checkup. I received both a text and phone call when the technician was on his way. He arrived on time. Chad is professional and very personable. He updated me on what he did and made sure I understood. His work was thorough and gives me peace of mind that my heat pump and furnace are in good working order for the upcoming summer.
