Peter was our technician he showed up early and quickly repaired a gas leak behind the wall of our kitchen he was polite and friendly and explained to us what he was doing as the work was being done we feel he did an expert job of the repair and we really appreciated how reasonable the cost was considering the work involved thanks Peter!

Great experience with Waterworks to tune up our AC this week. Tyler our technician showed up right on time, exactly when the company said he would - and he let us know he was on the way, which was very much appreciated. He was knowledgeable, personable, professional, and his communication skills are to be commended. Explained what he was working on every step of the way in a clear and easy way. The same goes for Garrett, the technician who showed up to work on the water heater. Overall, very pleased with the service and result. Prices are still a little high, but so far, worth it.

They were able to uncover a neighbor's shedding pine tree that was clogging up the condensing coils. I wasn't aware of this had to be addressed periodically to prevent problems. I am ever so glad for my annual maintenance plan ! Thanks JonLe , Larry Farwick

Very courteous and nice, wore booties over his boots. He said he fixed the faucet but it’s still leaking.. the other two he was able to only partially clean and the third has to be replaced. Unfortunately for those 30 min I was charged $240.

Kameron Gates arrived on time and did excellent work for us. He was engaging and explained everything he did.

Will not hesitate to hire Waterworks again. On time, clean work, good to work with. John our plumber was great.

Omar came out to camera a drainage pipe for me. He was very nice and knowledgeable. He walked through everything he was doing, showed me the camera/ what he was seeing, and listened to my ideas about the busted pipe. We had good personal conversations and I hope to see him again soon. Omar was great!!

Jay and Ali were wonderful - he examined all of my concerns in detail and determined that we actually were not yet in need of repairs (which had been recommended by a different plumber). We will absolutely use Waterworks when the time comes for a service! Thoughtful, courteous service. Would recommend!

JonLe does a fantastic job. Their technicians are very knowledgeable, show up on time and do a thorough review of our HVA system.

Rob Webb did a fantastic job. Finding out my problem. He explained what needed done. He went right to work and was able to clean and unclogged the blockage.

Waterworks was able to come and try to fix and ultimately replace my hot water tank the same day. The guys were very knowledgeable and explained all of my options.

The technician was on time, knowledgable, and personable. We are well satisfied with the service we received.

Hello! I'm a little late posting my review because life has been busy. Anyways. I came home from work to a VERY HOT house and immediately knew something was wrong. I contacted JonLe the next morning and they were very helpful, kind and were able to squeeze me in that same morning. Todd S. called to notify me that he was on his way and arrived a short time later. After looking over my unit and listening to my description of what was going on, he quickly diagnosed the issue and told me what part needed to be replaced, quoted me an affordable and reasonable price to repair and got to work. Todd saved the day for me. He stayed a few extra minutes longer to ensure my unit was working properly and that I was able to notice the cold air flowing out. He is absolutely amazing and I am eternally grateful for his assistance and hard work. Thank you, Todd and JonLe!!! They definitely get all five stars from me!

Service arrived in the expected window of time and Cory took his time evaluating since our issue was a bit of a mystery. Cory explained everything in a clear manner. We were given options and with his professional experience came up with a plan with no pressure.

Lonnie did a fine jo diagnosing the problem and completing the repair. I especially liked the fact that WW was able to provide service much quicker than your competitors. I feel that whoever dispatches to the job site did not read the information I provided that the toilet was over a crawl space and a smaller stature plumber might be necessary. Fortunately everything was completed from above but things could have easily gone the other way.

JonLe heating and air conditioning personnel have always been courteous, well qualified and always take care of furnace and air conditioning needs. Steve has been service person whom I always ask for. So he has been servicing my utilities for many years. He is excellent. I always know and feel confident that all will be well after he has done yearly maintenance. Staff whom I speak with to schedule appointments are always very helpful and cordial. They work with my schedule which can be dicey.

Called on a Monday morning they were here in 30 minutes. I can tell you I have a hot water boiler they fixed street side auto fill valve and a backflow preventer. 2 of the nicest guys, explained in detail very friendly honest open. Office staff was great as well... They even came next morning to readjust something at no charge.. very cool. They are my go to.

Honestly one of the best service experiences I’ve had in a long time my restaurant has line went down late night I called a tech called me back 30 mins later took about to hours to repair. Paid in person and I was all set to go definitely will be using again

Our experience with the Waterworks and especially with Emily. Our technician, was outstanding. They had an opening that morning, and she was efficient, thorough, and communicative. When she realized that she didn’t have a part that matched our existing hardware, she made an appointment to come back, and quickly fixed everything. We were incredibly pleased with the work and the communication.

We have been using Jonle for 20+ years. Technician (Mark Johnston) performed our annual furnace maintenance this past week. He was on time, courteous and thorough. Once complete, Mark showed us pictures of the inside of our furnace and explained the services he performed, including changing the filter (I provided) and the humidifier pad. Overall we were pleased as always.

Chris Mays and Tony were very professional and courteous. They were very helpful in showing me the problem with my water heater and replaced the damaged part in a workmanlike fashion. I was very pleased with their service and would recommend them highly.

I called Waterworks to diagnose a leaking bathroom sink. The tech, Brian, was great communicating his arrival time, prompt and polite, and quickly diagnosed an issue with the old shut-off valves and quoted the price for the repairs.  He was very professional, thorough, and was sure to show me the new working valves in action, ensuring the leak was fixed. The price was exactly as quoted, and the work was completed quickly and to my complete satisfaction.
