Hello! I'm a little late posting my review because life has been busy. Anyways. I came home from work to a VERY HOT house and immediately knew something was wrong. I contacted JonLe the next morning and they were very helpful, kind and were able to squeeze me in that same morning. Todd S. called to notify me that he was on his way and arrived a short time later. After looking over my unit and listening to my description of what was going on, he quickly diagnosed the issue and told me what part needed to be replaced, quoted me an affordable and reasonable price to repair and got to work. Todd saved the day for me. He stayed a few extra minutes longer to ensure my unit was working properly and that I was able to notice the cold air flowing out. He is absolutely amazing and I am eternally grateful for his assistance and hard work. Thank you, Todd and JonLe!!! They definitely get all five stars from me!

Service arrived in the expected window of time and Cory took his time evaluating since our issue was a bit of a mystery. Cory explained everything in a clear manner. We were given options and with his professional experience came up with a plan with no pressure.

Lonnie did a fine jo diagnosing the problem and completing the repair. I especially liked the fact that WW was able to provide service much quicker than your competitors. I feel that whoever dispatches to the job site did not read the information I provided that the toilet was over a crawl space and a smaller stature plumber might be necessary. Fortunately everything was completed from above but things could have easily gone the other way.

JonLe heating and air conditioning personnel have always been courteous, well qualified and always take care of furnace and air conditioning needs. Steve has been service person whom I always ask for. So he has been servicing my utilities for many years. He is excellent. I always know and feel confident that all will be well after he has done yearly maintenance. Staff whom I speak with to schedule appointments are always very helpful and cordial. They work with my schedule which can be dicey.

My Technician, Omar and his team did an excellent job installing my new water heater, and sump pump (with battery backup). They arrived on time, completed the installation, reviewed all important information about the installation, and cleaned up the project area. Also, it was communicated that if for any reason I needed a follow up visit, I would have the same Technician. I love this!! This ensures consistency for the customer.

Called on a Monday morning they were here in 30 minutes. I can tell you I have a hot water boiler they fixed street side auto fill valve and a backflow preventer. 2 of the nicest guys, explained in detail very friendly honest open. Office staff was great as well... They even came next morning to readjust something at no charge.. very cool. They are my go to.

Honestly one of the best service experiences I’ve had in a long time my restaurant has line went down late night I called a tech called me back 30 mins later took about to hours to repair. Paid in person and I was all set to go definitely will be using again

Conveniently scheduled an appointment online and the very next morning The Waterworks technician arrived at the time promised. Diagnosed the issue, had all the equipment necessary to fix the problem, and completed the job. We have used Waterworks in the past and have been consistently please with their service.

Kevin was very professional and checked problems at various units that were backing up- stated that there was very little to drain out- one unit did not want to have it checked

Our experience with the Waterworks and especially with Emily. Our technician, was outstanding. They had an opening that morning, and she was efficient, thorough, and communicative. When she realized that she didn’t have a part that matched our existing hardware, she made an appointment to come back, and quickly fixed everything. We were incredibly pleased with the work and the communication.

We have been using Jonle for 20+ years. Technician (Mark Johnston) performed our annual furnace maintenance this past week. He was on time, courteous and thorough. Once complete, Mark showed us pictures of the inside of our furnace and explained the services he performed, including changing the filter (I provided) and the humidifier pad. Overall we were pleased as always.

Chris Mays and Tony were very professional and courteous. They were very helpful in showing me the problem with my water heater and replaced the damaged part in a workmanlike fashion. I was very pleased with their service and would recommend them highly.

I called Waterworks to diagnose a leaking bathroom sink. The tech, Brian, was great communicating his arrival time, prompt and polite, and quickly diagnosed an issue with the old shut-off valves and quoted the price for the repairs.  He was very professional, thorough, and was sure to show me the new working valves in action, ensuring the leak was fixed. The price was exactly as quoted, and the work was completed quickly and to my complete satisfaction.

Todd explained what he was going to do and why, then did it quickly and efficiently. He notified me that The Waterworks offers a senior discount, unlike other companies that require you to request it. I am very pleased with the service I received.

Had a recent service call from Jonle. They provided a text to let us know we were the first stop of the day at 8am. The service tech showed up right on time and provided the service for us in a friendly and professional manner. We have been a client with them since 2017. I called Thursday and they had someone out Friday afternoon. We had drain issues from down spouts. He jetted and used a camera to clean out and identified the section collapsed. Very knowledgeable and efficient. Would definitely use again.
