We had a fantastic experience with Waterworks. After dealing with another company that immediately jumped to worst-case scenarios and expensive recommendations, it was a breath of fresh air to work with a team that focused on solving the actual problem. Not only were they professional and responsive, but they completed the work faster and at a significantly lower cost than the previous company quoted. Most importantly, they got it right the first time. The issue that kept returning after only 30 days with the previous contractor has not come back once since Waterworks completed the job. Their customer service was outstanding throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain what was happening, didn't use scare tactics, and treated us with honesty and respect. It's rare to find companies that combine great service, quality workmanship, and fair pricing, but they absolutely delivered. Our technician Cory was incredibly friendly and professional! We had JonLe come out to do a check-up on our A/C because we just moved into a new house. Cory explained everything he did and why he did it, and he wasn’t pushy about selling anything at all. A one-time service for both the indoor and outdoor A/C units (with coil cleaning) only cost $175. I would 100% recommend JonLe for any HVAC needs!

Highly recommend JonLe Heating & Cooling! Our AC froze up a few weeks back. The "other guys" who didn't catch our AC leak during the spring tune-up appointment came out quoting crazy high costs to recharge, crazy high repair estimates, and provided us 4 new AC unit options with little information or context. Then the pressure tactics started the next day: only one unit left in stock, one appointment tomorrow and next available a week out, etc. After a reasonably priced recharge from a friend of a friend, I was able to extend the life of the AC in order to shop around. JonLe Heating & Cooling provided a free second opinion. Frank came out for a visit, assessed the current state, and worked with us to understand our AC concerns in order to quote the correct system for needs. We did not have to debate whether a seer X rated system was worth hundreds or thousands more than a seer Y rated system. Frank recommended and quoted a single system to us, and walked us through the specs and features and throroughly explained the pros/cons and why this system fit our needs. At that point, I was happy to leave the "choose your own adventure" pricing of the other guys behind. Admittedly, I was bracing myself for sticker shock, but feeling confident about spending money on the right system for us. I was pleasantly surprised that the system was not only better spec'd than the other guys "top tier" option, but was also THOUSANDS of dollars cheaper. Win-win! Install went smoothly. Techs were super friendly. Frank even stopped by to check in on the progress midday. And to top it all off, JonLe did not charge a processing fee for using a credit card. All around amazing experience with JonLe Heating & Cooling. Highly recommend!

Peter was our technician he showed up early and quickly repaired a gas leak behind the wall of our kitchen he was polite and friendly and explained to us what he was doing as the work was being done we feel he did an expert job of the repair and we really appreciated how reasonable the cost was considering the work involved thanks Peter!

Great experience with Waterworks to tune up our AC this week. Tyler our technician showed up right on time, exactly when the company said he would - and he let us know he was on the way, which was very much appreciated. He was knowledgeable, personable, professional, and his communication skills are to be commended. Explained what he was working on every step of the way in a clear and easy way. The same goes for Garrett, the technician who showed up to work on the water heater. Overall, very pleased with the service and result. Prices are still a little high, but so far, worth it.

They were able to uncover a neighbor's shedding pine tree that was clogging up the condensing coils. I wasn't aware of this had to be addressed periodically to prevent problems. I am ever so glad for my annual maintenance plan ! Thanks JonLe , Larry Farwick

Omar came out to camera a drainage pipe for me. He was very nice and knowledgeable. He walked through everything he was doing, showed me the camera/ what he was seeing, and listened to my ideas about the busted pipe. We had good personal conversations and I hope to see him again soon. Omar was great!!

Jay and Ali were wonderful - he examined all of my concerns in detail and determined that we actually were not yet in need of repairs (which had been recommended by a different plumber). Rob Webb did a fantastic job. Finding out my problem. He explained what needed done. He went right to work and was able to clean and unclogged the blockage.

Waterworks was able to come and try to fix and ultimately replace my hot water tank the same day. The guys were very knowledgeable and explained all of my options.

Hello! I'm a little late posting my review because life has been busy. Anyways. I came home from work to a VERY HOT house and immediately knew something was wrong. I contacted JonLe the next morning and they were very helpful, kind and were able to squeeze me in that same morning. Todd S. called to notify me that he was on his way and arrived a short time later. After looking over my unit and listening to my description of what was going on, he quickly diagnosed the issue and told me what part needed to be replaced, quoted me an affordable and reasonable price to repair and got to work. Todd saved the day for me. He stayed a few extra minutes longer to ensure my unit was working properly and that I was able to notice the cold air flowing out. He is absolutely amazing and I am eternally grateful for his assistance and hard work. Thank you, Todd and JonLe!!! They definitely get all five stars from me!

Service arrived in the expected window of time and Cory took his time evaluating since our issue was a bit of a mystery. Cory explained everything in a clear manner. We were given options and with his professional experience came up with a plan with no pressure.

Lonnie did a fine jo diagnosing the problem and completing the repair. I especially liked the fact that WW was able to provide service much quicker than your competitors. I feel that whoever dispatches to the job site did not read the information I provided that the toilet was over a crawl space and a smaller stature plumber might be necessary. Fortunately everything was completed from above but things could have easily gone the other way.

JonLe heating and air conditioning personnel have always been courteous, well qualified and always take care of furnace and air conditioning needs. Steve has been service person whom I always ask for. So he has been servicing my utilities for many years. He is excellent. I always know and feel confident that all will be well after he has done yearly maintenance. Staff whom I speak with to schedule appointments are always very helpful and cordial. They work with my schedule which can be dicey.
