I can tell you I have a hot water boiler they fixed street side auto fill valve and a backflow preventer. 2 of the nicest guys, explained in detail very friendly honest open. Conveniently scheduled an appointment online and the very next morning The Waterworks technician arrived at the time promised. Diagnosed the issue, had all the equipment necessary to fix the problem, and completed the job. We have used Waterworks in the past and have been consistently please with their service.
Kevin was very professional and checked problems at various units that were backing up- stated that there was very little to drain out- one unit did not want to have it checked
Our experience with the Waterworks and especially with Emily. Our technician, was outstanding. They had an opening that morning, and she was efficient, thorough, and communicative. We have been using Jonle for 20+ years. Technician (Mark Johnston) performed our annual furnace maintenance this past week. He was on time, courteous and thorough. Once complete, Mark showed us pictures of the inside of our furnace and explained the services he performed, including changing the filter (I provided) and the humidifier pad. Overall we were pleased as always.

The tech, Brian, was great communicating his arrival time, prompt and polite, and quickly diagnosed an issue with the old shut-off valves and quoted the price for the repairs. I observed water backing up and fountaining from the outside downspout where it enters the ground during rainfall. To determine whether there was an underground blockage or another drainage issue, I contacted Waterworks for an inspection. The technician, Logan L., reviewed the situation, explained the range of possible causes, discussed potential outcomes, and provided sound recommendations for resolution. He was professional, courteous and very patient in explaining (and even re-explaining). When I need to work with Waterworks again, I would very much like to request Logan.
Look, sometimes your major appliances finally give out and when you’re faced with such situations, what you want is a reliable service that will help get your homestead back to normal operating order. That’s what these technicians (Conrad and Ryan) were able to do for me. They removed an 80gal hot water tank with nearly 2 decades of accumulated sediment out of one helluva tight utility closet in a condo. Installation of new tank was performed seamlessly, and they were a couple cool dudes that made the time go by easily. Took 1 business day to get on the Waterworks’ books. Job wrapped up within 5hrs. Appreciate the quality work.
