We received great, prompt and courteous service from Jonle when replacing our furnace. They didn't use high pressure tactics, pleasantly answered all of our questions. The installers were efficient, clean and professional. Our sales person, Jeff Gray followed through until everything was complete and he knew we were satisfied.
Chad did a great job . He serviced the AC unit, and he had to return to finish the job when the temperature cooperated.

We had our semi annual maintenance performed today on our HVAC system by JonLe Heating and Cooling. We requested technician Jason to perform the service because we have had him before (quite a few times) and we have been very pleased with his performance as well as his knowledge of HVAC systems. We have a yearly Energy Savings Plan with JonLe Heating and Cooling.
Jonle was once again very responsive and went above and beyond and addressing the problems we were having. In today’s world many of us are disappointed by service providers but that is not the case with Jonle. I would highly recommend them for all of your heating and AC needs

We use Waterworks as a contractor partner with our family business. Had a residential issue that needed attention and gave the Works a call. Scott was dispatched and arrived within an hour of my call. This is how Waterworks, well, works. They work hard from the front office to the site experience. Waterworks has: —responsive customer service —are organized and connected with their office and field teams —have highly qualified techs/certified plumbers that can address both non-complex and complex issues. —they are courageous, neat, and professional —they elevate their responses to the situation Call out to SAM who helped me today with a non -urgent issue and he did a great job. Not only did he do the work, he took time to educate me. He was prompt. On time, and as I indicated, very professional. I HIGHLY recommend Waterworks for any need you may have. You’ll be pleased with their service. Top level management and strong certified field team with excellent customer service.
I called late afternoon a nd they were here by 9 in the morning. Very polite.introduced themselves , explained what they were going to do and got to work.
Jason was on time, explained what he did to our unit in the attic, then went outside to the unit and took care of that and then explained what he did. Over all I was very pleased!!!!

We had our air conditioner serviced this time. The technician was very knowledgeable on what to do. He also found a problem on our new furnace and fixed it. We have had Jonle forever and have been please with their work. We have a service contract with Jonle.
The maintenance contract with JonLe gives us peace of mind. They always arrive at the expected time and answer any questions we have. We don’t have to worry about our heating and cooling.

I cannot say enough good things. This is the second time Waterworks has saved me from another big name company that tried to upsell me and deceive a single female homeowner into major repairs. I was told I needed a 3,500 dollar repair and Waterworks inspected and fixed it for 500. Customer for life!!
We had a late-in-the evening water leak below our bathroom sink. Thankfully, the service pro from Waterworks was able to make a visit to address the problem quickly. He was an excellent problem-solver and knew immediately how to solve the problem. It was a difficult job, but because of his expertise (skill & experience), the Waterworks service pro solved the problem efficiently and expertly. We have had no problems since that incident last week. We have long been steady customers of Waterworks and will continue to do so in the future. We had a middle of the night water leak in our laundry room with water pouring into our basement. We called Waterworks 24/7 emergency line, off of a family recommendation, to get an after hours technician. One was available and called shortly to let us know he was on his way. Michael was so helpful and level headed when we were tired and trying to figure out how much damage was done and how it happened. He figured out the problem and walked through what he needed to do, what to do to get everything dried up, and what we would need moving forward. We have had some not so great experiences with getting the run around or a sales pitch from other service providers for home repairs before, but this experience was genuinely helpful and shot straight, which was refreshing. We will happily use Waterworks again.
