Had a water main issue. Feared it was outside. Set appt online through the website, which was fairly straightforward and easy to do from a user standpoint. Rodney, the Technichian assigned to our job , arrived at about 9am and was done by approx 1030. After carefully assessing the situation , he determined the issue was inside and gave us the estimate for what he believed would solve our issue, making clear this was the simplest and that he wanted to start with that to make the repair. If that didn't work , it would be more involved. He did in fact successfully repair the problem by the simpler means. Would recommend Waterworks and will use them again if needed.

Both techs were very professional and friendly and did a great job with our plumbing projects. The only problem was that they left a lot of solder splashes and blobs on the basement floor, could have done a better job of cleaning up. The upstairs laundry room project was done very well and everything was clean when they left.
