Waterworks is the company that comes through every time. The representative is cordial, respectful, on-time, calls ahead before arriving, and completes the job efficiently. Tina at the office is friendly, upbeat, and understanding regarding my situation. She is thorough in taking notes to know what the condition is so that the representative knows the situation. Today, Kevin came to clear my clogged kitchen sink. He knew exactly what to do and he made sure the clog was cleared. He spent the better part of two hours with his equipment cleaning the rust from the pipes. He explained what he did carefully, applied the $35 coupon to the amount, and made sure everything was in order before he left. Cory saved the day!! My AC wasn’t cooling and my house was up to 86 degrees. I booked an appointment online (the best thing ever!) in the middle of the night and they were out the next afternoon. Communication on the tech’s arrival was great, I got a call and text when he was on his way. Cory was friendly and explained what our issue was and took care of it quickly! He also explained their maintenance/value plans to keep my system in great shape. So grateful for the quick and professional response. Thank you Jonle team 😊
Jonle Heating & cooling, has been coming to my house for quite awhile. The person that does the work is Chad, & he throughly looks at & tests everything on the furnace unit & the condensing unit outside every 6 mos. So glad my father had them before me.
JonLe/Tri-County Heating & Cooling installed our HVAC systems when we built our house 27 years ago. They have serviced our units ever since. And though we replaced both A/C compressors a few years ago, both furnaces are still doing just fine. These guys have outstanding customer service. Every technician who has ever been to our house has been on-time, friendly, and professional. I cannot imagine having better service. They are the best. Thank you!

The is a great company. Called for service and they came out the next day. Service tech Conrad showed up early for the appointment. Explained our concern about a damp wall. He did a through checked inside and out but could find an issue with drain pipe or plumbing. Gave advice for what may be causing it. He stated there was no charge. Wow with experience with other company that was refreshing. Had water works out years ago they replaced drain pipe in front yard. They just always go quality work. Highly recommend.
Service was easy to schedule. Technician called within the designated window and about 40 minutes prior to arrival. Technician was courteous and professional. The technician explained the cause of the problem in understandable terms. The repair was completed promptly and at a reasonable cost.
Edit: They contacted me a couple days later (and a couple days after the initial review) and did ultimately honor their original quote, so have updated to 4 stars. Dino is a great tech to work with. Original review: Tech was friendly, professional, and seemed knowledgeable. Also used shoe covers indoors, which was appreciated. Low rating is because I was told over the phone (I believe by Barbara, though I was told this by 2 different people by phone and I didn't write down the names) that the price I was quoted was for both A/C and furnace maintenance together in one trip. I was instead told when the tech arrived that price was only for A/C and it would be double that price for both. Miscommunications can happen, though twice on the same day made this feel like a bait-and-switch. Had I known, I would have gone with the other company I got a quote from that offered to do both for a little more than I was just charged for one (since I didn't want to deal with scheduling another appointment). Personally I won't use them for any additional services or recommend them to friends at minimum unless a written estimate is given.
John was straight to the point, kind, professional, and prompt. Went above and beyond to troubleshoot an issue that wouldn’t have otherwise been resolved. Checked with supervisor when he couldn’t answer something. Great service!

We called JonLe heating and cooling in the morning with air conditioning issues. Steve arrived by 1:30 for service. Our unit was fixed within an hour at a very fair price.

Incredibly happy with the friendly quality (⬅️!!) service The Waterworks provided. They were straightforward and so helpful. My water line replacement was super tricky due to the features of my yard which I worried would be destroyed. Dylan, John, & Jeff did an AMAZING (!!!) job with almost no disturbance to my yard. Later crews promptly returned to fix my sidewalk and replant displaced grass. I could not be happier! Thank you 😊 🙏🏻

I have in the past couple of house projects been conned/screwed over because I believe that since I’m now single because of my husband passing away they got away with it. Chet, from Waterworks, recently completed a repair on our shower. He had to track down a part to complete the repair. Even though it was late in the day and supply houses were closed, he was able to secure the part and correct the problem. He was polite, professional and competent. We have used Waterworks in the past and will continue to use them in the future, when needed.
I had two separate visits to have plumbing repairs and upgrades done on a recently purchased home. Both providers (Peter and Emily) were very courteous and personable. The work was quick and efficient. I didn't do any comparison pricing, and suspect you might be able to do a little better on pricing, but the work was an A.
It was a great experience (Well considering the drain was backed up) From the first contact to make the appointment to the service tech leaving my home there be nothing more that I could have asked for. Thank you and all of your team members.
We had a fantastic experience with Waterworks. After dealing with another company that immediately jumped to worst-case scenarios and expensive recommendations, it was a breath of fresh air to work with a team that focused on solving the actual problem. Not only were they professional and responsive, but they completed the work faster and at a significantly lower cost than the previous company quoted. Most importantly, they got it right the first time. The issue that kept returning after only 30 days with the previous contractor has not come back once since Waterworks completed the job. Their customer service was outstanding throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain what was happening, didn't use scare tactics, and treated us with honesty and respect. It's rare to find companies that combine great service, quality workmanship, and fair pricing, but they absolutely delivered. Highly recommend Waterworks to anyone looking for knowledgeable professionals who stand behind their work.

Highly recommend JonLe Heating & Cooling! Our AC froze up a few weeks back. The "other guys" who didn't catch our AC leak during the spring tune-up appointment came out quoting crazy high costs to recharge, crazy high repair estimates, and provided us 4 new AC unit options with little information or context. Then the pressure tactics started the next day: only one unit left in stock, one appointment tomorrow and next available a week out, etc. After a reasonably priced recharge from a friend of a friend, I was able to extend the life of the AC in order to shop around. JonLe Heating & Cooling provided a free second opinion. Frank came out for a visit, assessed the current state, and worked with us to understand our AC concerns in order to quote the correct system for needs. We did not have to debate whether a seer X rated system was worth hundreds or thousands more than a seer Y rated system. Frank recommended and quoted a single system to us, and walked us through the specs and features and throroughly explained the pros/cons and why this system fit our needs. At that point, I was happy to leave the "choose your own adventure" pricing of the other guys behind. Admittedly, I was bracing myself for sticker shock, but feeling confident about spending money on the right system for us. I was pleasantly surprised that the system was not only better spec'd than the other guys "top tier" option, but was also THOUSANDS of dollars cheaper. Win-win! Install went smoothly. Techs were super friendly. Frank even stopped by to check in on the progress midday. And to top it all off, JonLe did not charge a processing fee for using a credit card. All around amazing experience with JonLe Heating & Cooling. Highly recommend!
