Our legendary culture
The Waterworks is known for performance excellence at all employment levels.
We have proven that there is a demand for a service company whose internal philosophy and external actions demonstrate a commitment to honesty, integrity and the highest standard of ethical behavior. We thrive on performance excellence.
Every employee — from the customer service representative who takes the call to the service technician who performs the work — is fully invested in this philosophy. We don’t ask them to be salespeople. Rather we give them the freedom to perform their work at the best of their ability. That is how The Waterworks has formed long-lasting, caring relationships with loyal customers.
