Our fully-licensed, stated-accredited in-house program has apprentices learning and earning from DAY ONE.

Our partnership with the Ohio Department of Labor plus technical expertise from real-life, on-the-job training is the focal point of this comprehensive four-year program, which includes full 100% paid tuition. In addition, the program includes a great benefits package which includes a competitive wage, 100% company paid medical insurance premiums, 401K match, PTO and a family environment where we take care of our own.
