I have had no experience with the Water Works prior to this trip. I am so glad I gave them a try. I had 2 guys on 2 separate days and they were wonderful, knowledgeable and caring. John came out for preventative maintenance on my sewer line because of a tree in my front yard always having roots entering the line and causing backup. He did a great job and sent his 6 inch blade the full 90 feet to clear the line.

Quite possibly the most detail oriented company I’ve worked with. The way their HVAC installer made sure every wire was secured in brackets and everything was run neat and tidy really tingles all the OCD tendencies one may have. Overall I couldn’t have chosen a better company to work with!

We called a few plumbers for the same issue at Horizon High School. They all came, inspected the problem, and left after giving us repair quotes. Thomas from Water Works was different. He carefully examined the issue, explained how the system works in detail, and offered a very effective solution. He didn’t just give us a quote — he took the time to help us understand the problem and then fixed it properly. We truly appreciated his professionalism, knowledge, and clear communication. Highly recommended!

The whole experience with Waterworks was positive. I called during the weekend and spoke to a representative and scheduled a service call for Monday. They arrived at the time that was promised and a call was made 30 minutes prior to arrival. The technician was courteous and explained what potentially could have occurred and what options I would have. Service call was completed and I am very satisfied with the entire process.

Will was very professional. He updated me on all the things he was doing to diagnose the problem. I felt he went over and beyond. He knew I was concerned about the cost and for some reason I did not renew my Silver Plan. In the past month I had to get a new water heater, my fireplace went out and today I needed to get new glasses. Being on a fixed income is worrisome. I was happy though with the service I received.

JonLe was awesome to work with they didn’t hassle us during the buying process or make us feel rushed, they gave us time and space to figure things out and let us know if we had questions we were free to ask. Makes it easier when making a huge purchase for your home. We were able to call and schedule the new HVAC install quickly and they work efficiently and left everything clean and tidy when done! They explained everything to us when they finished the install and let us know all the important details and what to expect. I would highly recommend JonLe to anyone in need of a new HVAC system! They also had very easy finance options for the system which was also nice to see.

Diagnosed and fixed problem promptly

We had a backup in the main sanitary line of one of our office buildings. Logan stuck with it till the issue was resolved. Even through some of the frustrations Logan handled everything with grace and professionalism.

I had a problem with my kitchen sink draining, I called and had Kevin show up within a couple of hours he was able to clear the line. I was very pleased to get my problem taken care of in such a timely manor.

Jonle was recommended to me by a friend and I have been under contract with them for 2 years. Best decision ever. They call and schedule a check up of my furnace and heat pump twice a year at my convenience. Their employees are top notch and willing to answer any questions. I definitely recommend Jonle to anyone who asks.

Water Works was recommended by our condo management Company to have our broken gas stove disconnected from the gas line and the gas line capped. Getting a timely appointment was easy and the team that did the work showed up on time and did a good job.

Sam was very knowledgeable and treated our house with such respect. Our house is under construction. He wore covers over his shoes as not to track in debris and he cleaned up after himself as he was working and after his job was completed. Not only was the job completed with expertise but with such kindness and understanding. I hope Waterworks knows what a valuable employee they have.

We have used JonLe Heating and Cooling for almost 20 years. We have the Silver Plan and receive two maintenance service calls a year to keep our system running well. Service techs are always knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive. We are pleased with JonLe!

We are repeat customers of Waterworks, and this most recent appointment did not disappoint. Everything from opening the ticket to getting a technician out Josh was absolutely fantastic both yesterday and today. He took time to explain everything from start to finish, balance out opportunities, and priorities and made it really easy and simple to understand everything. Waterworks is fantastic, which is why we continue to use them. Update as of 02/12/26: We really love Waterworks. Huge fan as we've used them for years. Called on Monday, secured an appointment for Thursday snagging the morning 4 hour window. Got a call from John at near 10 am - he was on his way. Arrived friendly, professional and efficient. Knocked it out at noon and we had our new kitchen faucet ready to roll. I wish Google could let us give more stars as Waterworks is very deserving. We'll continue to partner with them!
