I’ve been with Jonle for about 4 yrs. Everyone from those in the office to the technicians are friendly and helpful. My technician is knowledgeable and does a great job. He is always willing to answer questions and ask if I need anything else done.

I just had my annual pre winter furnace system maintenance. My technician was Mark. He was very efficient. He also made some good recommendations that could improve my system. Jonle has been servicing my HVAC system for many years and I regularly have a service contract with them. I have always been very satisfied with the service they provide.

Service was good but the tech left cigarette butts in my yard and driveway. I didn’t appreciate having to pick them up.
Great job from Waterworks. Everyone is very helpful and work very efficiently. Have to replace a central air conditioner where the manufacturer did not put the Freon in the first place. However, everyone works hard to install the replacement central air conditioner the next day. The furnace was installed very well, works excellently.

Excellent experience. But the thermostat you put in when we bought the air conditioner is crap. Too complicated and the tech said the one you have now is worse. I never want another one from you unless it just has the old 3-4 settings for the day, none of this wake, away crap!!!
The person that did the maintenance this year was very nice and did a great job for us.
They were able to replace my sump pump the day after I called. The tech seemed very competent and knowledgeable. My only concern is that the price seemed a bit high for us on Social Security. I appreciated the 55 and older coupon.

Today we had an issue with our shower leak, who you gonna call?! WATERWORKS! Peter came, fixed the issue and even another small issue he had found which was amazing prompt and efficient, I love the notifications and communication. Also we knew who to call because we had used them for our sewer issues last year as well- I️ had three estimates and they ranged up to $14,000. Travis from Waterworks showed up, was the first person to actually give me explanations and answers and resolved the problem, saving our yard and wallets!!! Truly will never ever use anyone else !

Somehow with our luck and Jonle's experience, our furnance has lasted 28 years. Jonle seems it will hang in there for about 2 more years. Matt arrived in the scheduled time frame and diagnosed the problem in about 30 seconds. He replaced the part, tested the system, and the entire visit took less than 30 minutes. He was very knowledgeable and professional and did a great job.
