My intention was to have sent this email a few days ago, but it is only now that I have the opportunity to do so. I want to express my appreciation to Waterworks for the prompt response to our request for emergency services on Tuesday 1/27 and especially to Mat Ball, the technician who, despite weather conditions, made it to our home early that morning. Mat was knowledgeable and diligent and took care of the situation in a timely and professional manner. When the job was completed, he walked us through all that was needed to get it done. Had them do a water softener installation. Plumber who showed up at my house was very polite, personable, and efficient. Didn’t take him long at all to do the job, was even able to do things in a way that saved us about $400 off the original estimate. Would highly recommend this company for plumbing needs.

Discovered a plumbing issue with a toilet before going to bed. We’ve always had good luck with waterworks so I scheduled an appointment online the next morning and they were able to come out later that same day. Communication and service were excellent.

Austin with Waterworks has helped us numerous times with the broken toilets in the high rise building. These toilets are very tricky and require lots of experience and expertise.
