Our sump pump was found leaking on a Saturday around 2p. I called immediately and we were able to arrange for an emergency appt. Garrett was a great plumber, courteous/professional and very efficient in his work late that evening. My only complaint would be the lack of ability to know a time or have more frequent communication about the workers arrival time after my initial call. I had to call around 10p and they finally confirmed an appt from 10:45p-12:45a. Service was excellent and price was reasonable. Would have given 5 stars if communication was better about the appt time.
I’ve worked with Waterworks several times for work (a car wash). They always provide service in a timely manner, have fair pricing, are upfront and honest, and very professional.

I made an emergency call because I couldn’t get my kitchen sink back together without leaking. The technician came out, tightened a few things and said Merry Christmas- no charge. So grateful.

I reached out them immediately, and the tech returned the next day. He fixed all the problems on my initial complaint, found one more issue and addressed that, too. Have always been pleased with Waterworks. They’ve done several jobs for us. Quick, friendly, good service for good prices that are always quoted ahead of time. Recent repair was under the kitchen sink. Came in, evaluated the problem, got materials from the truck, and had the job done in about an hour. Very satisfied.

My tenants did not have working water over the weekend and no vendors were available. Waterworks were able to come out on the same day and get the repairs and water turned back on within hours. Called JonLe to fix furnace. Thermostat was calling for heat and fan was running, but no combustion. Technician arrived within 2 hr and identified problem as the inducer motor not working. It had seized. He was able to manually get it turning again and lubricated it to get it running. He recommended ordering a replacement because it would likely fail again. I agreed and he returned next day to install the new one. Furnace is working great. Have used JonLe for 20 yr as they installed the furnace when we built our house. Very satisfied with their service plan on my furnace and air conditioner. Happy to recommend them.
