Michael was prompt and thorough. $500 seemed a little steep for 2 hrs of work.
Heating system annual inspection and maintenance was on time and professionally executed by Mr. Shepherd, a knowledgeable service technician. I would welcome him back into my home for future maintenance and/or repairs.
Had a water main issue. Feared it was outside. Set appt online through the website, which was fairly straightforward and easy to do from a user standpoint. Rodney, the Technichian assigned to our job , arrived at about 9am and was done by approx 1030. After carefully assessing the situation , he determined the issue was inside and gave us the estimate for what he believed would solve our issue, making clear this was the simplest and that he wanted to start with that to make the repair. If that didn't work , it would be more involved. He did in fact successfully repair the problem by the simpler means. Would recommend Waterworks and will use them again if needed.

Furnace quit so I called them. They sent someone out today and fixed it so I have heat in 12 degrees weather. Very professional service. Friendly and informative. So glad I was referred to them. Need a switch not a new furnace.

Available same day as I called. On time. Neat and respectful, went immediately to inspect the problem, provided an estimate, and began repairs. Completed quickly and efficiently. Left no mess. All good.
Both techs were very professional and friendly and did a great job with our plumbing projects. The only problem was that they left a lot of solder splashes and blobs on the basement floor, could have done a better job of cleaning up. The upstairs laundry room project was done very well and everything was clean when they left.

I needed to have a new kitchen faucet installed. Waterworks was recommended to me by a friend. Just to be sure I checked out their reviews online, which added up to 4.7 out of 5 stars. I called at 7:45 a.m. the day after New Years Day (a Friday morning), and an actual human, who spoke understandable English, answered. I explained my problem, and she checked that day's scheduled openings, of which there were none. That didn't surprise me, but then I was happily surprised when she offered me an appointment Monday morning. I happily booked it, and, sure enough , Kameron showed up right around 8:30. After some show and tell on my part, he quickly, efficiently, and professionally got to work. He found that I needed new hot and cold water shut-off valves with new 1/4-turn angle stops for improved serviceability, which I authorized him to do after showing me the problem. He was most polite, personable and respectful to me and of my home, and knowledgable, finishing the job in a timely manner and to my complete satisfaction. I am putting Waterworks (and Kameron) on my speed dial for any future needs. Can't recommend them highly enough!
