We have been using JonLe for almost 40 years. We have never had a single problem with them. The office staff are always very friendly and helpful. The technician’s are always on time and very knowledgeable and respectful of your property. They will advise you have any issues and make suggestions to improve your heating and cooling systems but they are never a hard sell. They have been with us through 2 houses and now a condo. Discovered a plumbing issue with a toilet before going to bed. We’ve always had good luck with waterworks so I scheduled an appointment online the next morning and they were able to come out later that same day. Communication and service were excellent.
Our shower backed up one morning and I called Waterworks. They came out the same day in bad weather and fixed it.
Austin with Waterworks has helped us numerous times with the broken toilets in the high rise building. These toilets are very tricky and require lots of experience and expertise. Heating system annual inspection and maintenance was on time and professionally executed by Mr. Shepherd, a knowledgeable service technician. I would welcome him back into my home for future maintenance and/or repairs.
Had a water main issue. Feared it was outside. Set appt online through the website, which was fairly straightforward and easy to do from a user standpoint. Rodney, the Technichian assigned to our job , arrived at about 9am and was done by approx 1030. After carefully assessing the situation , he determined the issue was inside and gave us the estimate for what he believed would solve our issue, making clear this was the simplest and that he wanted to start with that to make the repair. If that didn't work , it would be more involved. He did in fact successfully repair the problem by the simpler means. Would recommend Waterworks and will use them again if needed.

Furnace quit so I called them. They sent someone out today and fixed it so I have heat in 12 degrees weather. Very professional service. Friendly and informative. So glad I was referred to them. Need a switch not a new furnace.
Everyone with whom I spoke were professional and understanding of my issue. However, the tech was quick ,neat and knowledgeable, I felt the price for the installation was a little high but it was similar to other companies.
