We have been using JonLe for almost 40 years. We have never had a single problem with them. The office staff are always very friendly and helpful. The technician’s are always on time and very knowledgeable and respectful of your property. They will advise you have any issues and make suggestions to improve your heating and cooling systems but they are never a hard sell. They have been with us through 2 houses and now a condo. We always purchase the yearly maintenance package so they come once in the spring and again late fall or early winter. We wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. Thank you. I want to express my appreciation to Waterworks for the prompt response to our request for emergency services on Tuesday 1/27 and especially to Mat Ball, the technician who, despite weather conditions, made it to our home early that morning. Mat was knowledgeable and diligent and took care of the situation in a timely and professional manner. When the job was completed, he walked us through all that was needed to get it done. Discovered a plumbing issue with a toilet before going to bed. We’ve always had good luck with waterworks so I scheduled an appointment online the next morning and they were able to come out later that same day. Communication and service were excellent.

Our shower backed up one morning and I called Waterworks. They came out the same day in bad weather and fixed it.

Austin with Waterworks has helped us numerous times with the broken toilets in the high rise building. These toilets are very tricky and require lots of experience and expertise. Austin demonstrated all the skills needed to repair them. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and hard working. We really appreciate his great service!
