We have been using JonLe for almost 40 years. We have never had a single problem with them. The office staff are always very friendly and helpful. The technician’s are always on time and very knowledgeable and respectful of your property. They will advise you have any issues and make suggestions to improve your heating and cooling systems but they are never a hard sell. They have been with us through 2 houses and now a condo. Had them do a water softener installation. Plumber who showed up at my house was very polite, personable, and efficient. Discovered a plumbing issue with a toilet before going to bed. We’ve always had good luck with waterworks so I scheduled an appointment online the next morning and they were able to come out later that same day. Communication and service were excellent.
Our shower backed up one morning and I called Waterworks. They came out the same day in bad weather and fixed it.
Austin with Waterworks has helped us numerous times with the broken toilets in the high rise building. These toilets are very tricky and require lots of experience and expertise.
