Wade, your technician was very thorough and professional. Above all, he was persistent and did not give up on clearing the drain pipe clog, even after snaking the drain multiple times! Step by step he considered all potential causes until the clog was cleared. Thank you Wade.

Water Works was recommended by our condo management Company to have our broken gas stove disconnected from the gas line and the gas line capped. Getting a timely appointment was easy and the team that did the work showed up on time and did a good job.

Sam was very knowledgeable and treated our house with such respect. Our house is under construction. He wore covers over his shoes as not to track in debris and he cleaned up after himself as he was working and after his job was completed. Not only was the job completed with expertise but with such kindness and understanding. I hope Waterworks knows what a valuable employee they have.

Everything from opening the ticket to getting a technician out Josh was absolutely fantastic both yesterday and today. He took time to explain everything from start to finish, balance out opportunities, and priorities and made it really easy and simple to understand everything. Waterworks is fantastic, which is why we continue to use them. Update as of 02/12/26: We really love Waterworks. Huge fan as we've used them for years. Called on Monday, secured an appointment for Thursday snagging the morning 4 hour window. Got a call from John at near 10 am - he was on his way. Arrived friendly, professional and efficient. Knocked it out at noon and we had our new kitchen faucet ready to roll. I wish Google could let us give more stars as Waterworks is very deserving. We'll continue to partner with them!

Quick and easy

We have been using JonLe for almost 40 years. We have never had a single problem with them. The office staff are always very friendly and helpful. The technician’s are always on time and very knowledgeable and respectful of your property. They will advise you have any issues and make suggestions to improve your heating and cooling systems but they are never a hard sell. They have been with us through 2 houses and now a condo. We always purchase the yearly maintenance package so they come once in the spring and again late fall or early winter. We wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. Thank you. My intention was to have sent this email a few days ago, but it is only now that I have the opportunity to do so. I want to express my appreciation to Waterworks for the prompt response to our request for emergency services on Tuesday 1/27 and especially to Mat Ball, the technician who, despite weather conditions, made it to our home early that morning. Mat was knowledgeable and diligent and took care of the situation in a timely and professional manner. When the job was completed, he walked us through all that was needed to get it done. Had them do a water softener installation. Plumber who showed up at my house was very polite, personable, and efficient. Didn’t take him long at all to do the job, was even able to do things in a way that saved us about $400 off the original estimate. Would highly recommend this company for plumbing needs.

Discovered a plumbing issue with a toilet before going to bed. We’ve always had good luck with waterworks so I scheduled an appointment online the next morning and they were able to come out later that same day. Communication and service were excellent.

We had our annual furnace maintenance from JonLe today. As always, the tech (Noah Petit) was professional, courteous, and efficient. Worth considering if you need furnace or A/C install, service or repair.
