Waterworks does preventative maintenance on my sewer line yearly. I have a lot of trees and the roots can be pesky. I always request for Dave Canning to do the work. He is prompt, professional and has many years of experience. Highly recommend them!

Today I had my semi-annual pre-cooling season system checkup. I received both a text and phone call when the technician was on his way. He arrived on time. Chad is professional and very personable. He updated me on what he did and made sure I understood. His work was thorough and gives me peace of mind that my heat pump and furnace are in good working order for the upcoming summer. He replaced my furnace filter (as its life had almost expired) and reset my filter maintenance minder. I am a very happy customer of West Chester Heating & Cooling.

I called Waterworks for an estimate for a new sump pump installation as mine was decades old. The tech had one in his truck and the price was reasonable. He installed it right away and did a good job cleaning up. I was very happy with the service.

This is one of the honest company I have requested Plumbing services for. I requested an inspection on my downspout from them and they sent a technician the same day within a few hours. The technician was Devonte. He was professional and very honest. He explained the system for me clearly and share some expectations upfront.
