We have been using JonLe for almost 40 years. We have never had a single problem with them. The office staff are always very friendly and helpful. The technician’s are always on time and very knowledgeable and respectful of your property. They will advise you have any issues and make suggestions to improve your heating and cooling systems but they are never a hard sell. They have been with us through 2 houses and now a condo. Had them do a water softener installation. Plumber who showed up at my house was very polite, personable, and efficient. Didn’t take him long at all to do the job, was even able to do things in a way that saved us about $400 off the original estimate. Would highly recommend this company for plumbing needs.
