Michael came to our home today to fix a slow leak under our kitchen sink. He ended up looking at a strange sound emanating from the tub faucet in our master bathroom, quoting the replacement of several sump pumps, and a drain repair. All those quotes arrived the same day. In a world that seems to have forgotten service excellence, I give Michael and Waterworks an A+ for today’s performance.

Frank was very knowledgeable when reviewing my situation and made great suggestions. I went with a split ductless system. The install team were highly skilled, friendly, fast, and very tidy!
Service was scheduled in a timely manner. Technician Mat Ball did a thorough evaluation of our kitchen sink drain issue and tub handle issue. He demonstrated professionalism, expertise and care. There have been no issues since the fixes were completed. We will definitely be calling on The Waterworks & Hetter Heating and Cooling again should we experience any future plumbing or HVAC problems.
Jonle installed my two units back in 2002, handled two heat outages and when time came replaced the heating units last year. I recommend them to family and friends for the quick straight forward service they provide at a reasonable price.
Chad does a great job. He's very thorough and explains everything well. We recently moved and Chad worked on the system at our previous residence. Thus, it was comforting to have him again at our new home. We've always had the HVAC annual maintenance contract. It's a great value and JonLe calls us to schedule. So we don't have to remember. I called Waterworks because the plumbers who did our home inspection scope couldn't find the exterior clean outs and saw ponded water, but couldn't jet due to weather + finished basement. Waterworks has the equipment necessary to locate their scope. Michael called to let us know his ETA, and also to clarify our concerns and hear what was going on and what the likely costs were going to be. Once there, he was able to use his equipment to confirm that there was no exterior clean outs, and that there was no clog causing the ponded water, and was able to map out the location of the sagging pipe. We're waiting on quotes for what repair would look like. 5/5 stars for finding what the other plumbers could not. Sure, the other guys cost 15% less, but I still needed a second plumber visit, so it didn't save me anything.
Kevin came again to clean out our basement pipe which has been invaded by tree roots. He was professional, polite, neat, and cleaned up everything nicely when he was done. He explained everything to us and took time for questions. He has a very pleasant personality and we look forward to having him come to our home again for this service next year. We highly recommend Waterworks!

I had an emergency backup that I needed cleared same day. I have used other companies in the past that resolve the problem at a low cost but want to come out later and sell expensive fixes. The experience with Waterworks was that they wanted to fix the drain blockage to the best of their ability at that time. If further work needed done it could still be evaluated, but there was more than a bandaid on my current issue.

Got appt quickly and easily online. Technician was actually EARLY after calling to ask if it was ok. He was friendly and efficient. Showed me exactly what the problem was…even showed me the part he was replacing and explaining why!
Technician was knowledgeable and person able. Listened to the information I provided to him to diagnose the issue. This service was performed on a Saturday so there was an extra charge but for the emergency service it was a reasonable amount. I will be using this company in the future.
Yessey is amazing awesome a tech who got our issues fixed promptly, efficiently, professional, friendly, and put under-sink boxes of cleaning products back under the sink where my old old body doesn't have to balance them myself!! Thank you WaterWorks !!! I we hadn't had these issues, the two vanities' plumbing were ready to break of as he worked them - oh, what a bigger mess we would have had!! We can hardly get to and from the floor to do many tasks any more and Yessey helped us IMMENSELY!! THANK YOU!!! Today, Ryan showed me how to change the filter on the water system we'd had out in. It was new, different style - i didnt want a water mess for doing it incorrectly. The 2nd reason for the appointment was to fix the leak on a bath sink faucet, ended up having to install a new faucet i had purchased in case that would be the fix. Ryan had to run out for a couple supplies, got back, installed the faucet and was on his way into the cold! Really appreciated his diligence. Thank you, Waterworks!!

Reliable service. Nobody likes to deal with toilet issues. The service tech (Sam) was very professional, letting me know upfront what the problem was, how he was going to fix it.
Had a new hot water heater installed. The Waterworks team diagnosed the issue, helped me choose the right water heater, removed the old one (and took it with them), and then installed the new one. I will be calling the Waterworks for any plumbing needs we have. Solid and reliable. Courteous people too.

I have used Waterworks for years for all my plumbing needs. Their technicians are skilled and experienced. I’ve always received excellent service. Recently, I had the valve to the main water line replaced. The two technicians sent did an excellent job and quickly with no mess.

Had JonLe out for a furnace service and started a maintenance plan with them. Very professional and informative and focused on just what I needed and did not try to upsell.
I was unable to get my furnace to come on over the weekend. I called Jonle Monday morning and they came out that afternoon. Todd my technician explained to me in depth what the issue was and had the part needed. He had my furnace back up & running in less than an hour!! This customer service is the one of the many reasons I've been a Jonle customer for over 30 years!

Technician Collin found the issue and corrected it within minutes. Shut off valve was hard to find, but he knew where it was and took care of it. I also asked for a quote to fix some minor issues and he provided the quote in a timely manner. He was professional, helpful, knowledgeable and kind. Would highly recommend them!

Just had a great experience with Cornell from the Waterworks. Figured out the problem, had a temporary solution within 30 minutes so that we could function, came back the next day to fix it for good (well, as much as plumbing can be fixed "for good"!).

I learned quickly that some companies do not do plumbing for manufactured homes. WHY???? Ivan came to my home about 5A.M. quickly took care of the problem and taught me a few things in the process. He was very kind and understanding. I would ask for Ivan again.
