The Waterworks named one of America’s most adoption-friendly workplaces

The Waterworks has been named one of the most adoption-friendly workplaces by the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption.

The Waterworks provides full-time, regular employees with financial assistance of up to $3,000 per child for eligible adoption-related expenses.

“Our company believes in providing employees with benefits that enable the right balance of work and family life. This includes supporting our employees who are in the process of adopting a child,” stated John O’Connor, Director of Human Resources. “We are honored to receive the Dave Thomas Foundation award this year.”

The Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption’s list recognizes the country’s most adoption-friendly workplaces by size for their adoption benefits and commitment to supporting adoptive families. The list is determined by an analysis of a company’s adoption benefits, based on surveys completed by employers, including the maximum amount of financial reimbursement and paid leave for families who adopt.
