I feel that whoever dispatches to the job site did not read the information I provided that the toilet was over a crawl space and a smaller stature plumber might be necessary. JonLe heating and air conditioning personnel have always been courteous, well qualified and always take care of furnace and air conditioning needs. Steve has been service person whom I always ask for. So he has been servicing my utilities for many years. He is excellent. I always know and feel confident that all will be well after he has done yearly maintenance. Staff whom I speak with to schedule appointments are always very helpful and cordial. They work with my schedule which can be dicey.
My Technician, Omar and his team did an excellent job installing my new water heater, and sump pump (with battery backup). They arrived on time, completed the installation, reviewed all important information about the installation, and cleaned up the project area. Also, it was communicated that if for any reason I needed a follow up visit, I would have the same Technician. I love this!! This ensures consistency for the customer.

Our experience with the Waterworks and especially with Emily. Our technician, was outstanding. They had an opening that morning, and she was efficient, thorough, and communicative. When she realized that she didn’t have a part that matched our existing hardware, she made an appointment to come back, and quickly fixed everything. Once complete, Mark showed us pictures of the inside of our furnace and explained the services he performed, including changing the filter (I provided) and the humidifier pad. The tech, Brian, was great communicating his arrival time, prompt and polite, and quickly diagnosed an issue with the old shut-off valves and quoted the price for the repairs.
