I was hoping there was record of what electrician they had come out to install the outlet for my sump pump they installed 6 years ago, but they said they don't keep records that long ago which was unfortunate, since it the faulty outlet that stopped the sump pump from working which then caused my basement to flood.

He knew what the issue was before opening the compartment to show me the AC coil unit. 19 years old and the rust and decay of the unit was amassing to see. Matt explained all of our options and the cost involved. His advice to replace all of the AC components made the most sense and we felt most confident in his recommendation.
