We had our semi annual maintenance performed today on our HVAC system by JonLe Heating and Cooling. We requested technician Jason to perform the service because we have had him before (quite a few times) and we have been very pleased with his performance as well as his knowledge of HVAC systems. We have a yearly Energy Savings Plan with JonLe Heating and Cooling.

We had a middle of the night water leak in our laundry room with water pouring into our basement. We called Waterworks 24/7 emergency line, off of a family recommendation, to get an after hours technician. One was available and called shortly to let us know he was on his way. Michael was so helpful and level headed when we were tired and trying to figure out how much damage was done and how it happened. He figured out the problem and walked through what he needed to do, what to do to get everything dried up, and what we would need moving forward. We have had some not so great experiences with getting the run around or a sales pitch from other service providers for home repairs before, but this experience was genuinely helpful and shot straight, which was refreshing.
