JonLe was awesome to work with they didn’t hassle us during the buying process or make us feel rushed, they gave us time and space to figure things out and let us know if we had questions we were free to ask. Makes it easier when making a huge purchase for your home. We were able to call and schedule the new HVAC install quickly and they work efficiently and left everything clean and tidy when done! They explained everything to us when they finished the install and let us know all the important details and what to expect. I would highly recommend JonLe to anyone in need of a new HVAC system! They also had very easy finance options for the system which was also nice to see.
We’ve been loyal JonLe customers since 1996 which included replacing all furnaces and A/C units as well as installing zoned heating and cooling solutions throughout our homes. The technicians were very friendly and knowledgable. They explained what was wrong and what they did to fix the problem. They also told me my unit was under warranty for parts and labor, so I did not have to pay for the service. That was a nice surprise! Thank you JonLee!
We had a backup in the main sanitary line of one of our office buildings. Logan stuck with it till the issue was resolved. Even through some of the frustrations Logan handled everything with grace and professionalism.
I had a problem with my kitchen sink draining, I called and had Kevin show up within a couple of hours he was able to clear the line. I was very pleased to get my problem taken care of in such a timely manor.
Kitchen drain not draining properly. Came and cleaned out with the equipment needed to do the job.
Furnace quit, long term gold plan service contract, Jonle said they would be right there, fixed the issue in minutes and then stayed and did my spring maintenance cleaning.

Wade, your technician was very thorough and professional. Above all, he was persistent and did not give up on clearing the drain pipe clog, even after snaking the drain multiple times! Step by step he considered all potential causes until the clog was cleared. Thank you Wade.
Sam was very knowledgeable and treated our house with such respect. Our house is under construction. He wore covers over his shoes as not to track in debris and he cleaned up after himself as he was working and after his job was completed. Not only was the job completed with expertise but with such kindness and understanding. I hope Waterworks knows what a valuable employee they have.

Had my furnaces and air conditioning units installed and I’ve always have had great service. Chad is my go to Guy and he comes over and gets everything set back up if needed. We’ll always recommend If asked.

We have been using JonLe for almost 40 years. We have never had a single problem with them. The office staff are always very friendly and helpful. The technician’s are always on time and very knowledgeable and respectful of your property. They will advise you have any issues and make suggestions to improve your heating and cooling systems but they are never a hard sell. They have been with us through 2 houses and now a condo. We always purchase the yearly maintenance package so they come once in the spring and again late fall or early winter. We wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. Thank you. Our heat pump was making lots of noise so we called JonLe to come out and take a look. Our tech Will was great! He answered all our questions and eased our concerns. Getting a new system installed today! Excellent service all around!

My intention was to have sent this email a few days ago, but it is only now that I have the opportunity to do so. I want to express my appreciation to Waterworks for the prompt response to our request for emergency services on Tuesday 1/27 and especially to Mat Ball, the technician who, despite weather conditions, made it to our home early that morning. Mat was knowledgeable and diligent and took care of the situation in a timely and professional manner. When the job was completed, he walked us through all that was needed to get it done. Many people take care of business, what sets Mat apart is the pleasant demeanor he exhibits while performing his responsibilities. Great Job, J.A.Mesquida
Had them do a water softener installation. Plumber who showed up at my house was very polite, personable, and efficient. Didn’t take him long at all to do the job, was even able to do things in a way that saved us about $400 off the original estimate. Would highly recommend this company for plumbing needs.
