Traditional pipe repairs often require major excavation, causing disruptions, noise, and expensive landscape damage. At The Waterworks, we offer a modern alternative—trenchless PipeLining technology—allowing us to repair cracked, leaking, and root-infested pipelines without the hassle of digging.

Advantages of PipeLining Technology
Traditional pipe repairs require heavy machinery, water shutoffs, and weeks of excavation. PipeLining offers a trenchless, efficient alternative with benefits such as:
- Minimal Digging – Requires only a small access point, reducing property damage.
- Faster Completion – Most PipeLining repairs are completed in a single day.
- Cost-Effective – Lower labor and equipment costs compared to traditional excavation.
- Works with Any Pipe Material – Compatible with clay, cast iron, concrete, and PVC pipes.
- Strong & Flexible – Can handle pipe bends and bridge damaged sections.
- Long-Lasting Durability – Restores pipe strength for up to 50 years, reducing future repairs.
PipeLining is an ideal non-invasive solution for businesses, municipalities, and homeowners looking for long-term sewer and drainage solutions.
How PipeLining Works
Instead of digging up old pipes, The Waterworks uses a durable, cured-in-place material to line the inside of your existing pipes, creating a seamless, watertight barrier.
Step-by-Step Process:
- Inspection – A high-resolution video camera assesses the pipe’s condition.
- Cleaning & Preparation – Pipes are cleared of debris, corrosion, and tree roots to ensure proper bonding.
- Liner Installation – A flexible resin liner is inserted into the damaged pipe and cured-in-place, sealing cracks and reinforcing the pipe.
- Final Testing – Pressure and flow tests confirm a leak-free, structurally sound pipe.
This method allows us to repair entire pipelines or smaller damaged sections, preventing future leaks, root intrusions, and corrosion.
Benefits of PipeLining Over Traditional Repairs
PipeLining is more than just a quick fix—it actively prevents future pipeline failures by:
- Reducing Corrosion – Stops metal pipes from rusting and degrading over time.
- Preventing Root Intrusion – Seals pipes completely, preventing tree roots from growing inside.
- Eliminating Water Infiltration – Stops rainwater and groundwater contamination.
- Minimizing Future Repairs – Creates a stronger, watertight solution than traditional PVC replacement.
Unlike traditional pipe replacement, which requires extensive digging, PipeLining is performed with minimal impactto your property or business operations.
Conventional Pipe Repair & Patching
For smaller repair jobs, The Waterworks also offers:
- Localized Pipe Patching – Repairs specific damaged sections instead of replacing entire pipelines.
- Trenchless Pipe Bursting – Replaces pipes without digging long trenches.
- Traditional Excavation Repairs – When necessary, we perform full pipe replacements while minimizing disruption.
Our Approach:
- Minimizing excavation using advanced digging techniques.
- Owning our excavation equipment—no delays or rental costs.
- Ensuring job site safety throughout the repair process.
- Fully restoring your property after repairs—leaving no mess behind.
Hydro-Excavation: A Non-Destructive Alternative
Hydro-Excavation is a safe, precise method for exposing underground utilities, cables, and pipelines without causing damage. Instead of using shovels, jackhammers, or backhoes, we use high-pressure water to gently remove soil.
Benefits of Hydro-Excavation:
- Prevents Utility Strikes – Avoids damaging buried power lines, pipes, and fiber-optic cables.
- Safer Than Traditional Digging – Reduces the risk of gas leaks, water main breaks, or electrical hazards.
- Ideal for Confined Spaces – Works in tight areas where heavy equipment can’t fit.
The Waterworks owns and operates Hydro-Excavation and Vacuuming equipment, ensuring safe and efficient service.

I own a property management firm and Waterworks is our go-to for all of our plumbing and drain needs. I've also personally used their heating and cooling services. Waterworks has always been extremely reliable, cost-effective, and easy to work with. Their technicians have always been very professional as well. I'm constantly amazed how such a large, professional firm delivers a consistent, quality experience.
I can’t give enough stars to Jay Markham, he saved me almost 20k. Another company advised that I needed every gas line in my house replaced and they wouldent get in my crawl space. Jay came out and actually listened and cared. He tested everything 2 or 3x and answered any questions I had. it ended up being bad valves. I had already been without Gas for a whole week.. I can’t say enough about this kid. But thank you!!
I was very happy and impressed with the service I received. From the initial estimate to the final installation everything went exactly as planned. The two technicians were very professional and respected my property. They explain the installation in detail and the operation of my new furnace, AC unit and thermostat. And they kept the utility room probably cleaner than it was before they got here.. I would highly recommend JonLe heating and cooling.
Highly recommend them - always very professional, polite, efficient and helpful.
Chris, the Waterworks technician assigned to check our dripping kitchen faucet and bathroom shower, quickly analyzed the problem with each as a faulty cartridge controlling hot & cold lines to the respective taps. When it became difficult to unfasten the kitchen faucet handle, due to accumulated calcium deposits, he voluntarily called up Delta service and while also attending to the shower problem, managed to convince the Delta rep to send us a full replacement kitchen faucet, “free of charge”!!! Chris then deftly replaced the defective cartridge in the bathroom shower. We have a notice from Delta that the replacement will arrive in roughly 12 days, so we are very pleased with the entire experience.
Our technician Ryan was great! Came right on time and was pleasant and informative. Ryan was looking great and shared his sources story with us. We are really happy for him. We love working with Ryan and Jonle! Thank you!
The technicians were professional, efficient and knowledgable. The technicians were on time and very friendly. They scheduled an appt.for us quickly when we called them. Would definitely recommend them to other people. I have a silver contract with them and am very happy with that.
Mike Spry and his team were fantastic. This was a big job installing backflow preventer on our fire suppression system. They coordinated everything with the city (which is no easy task). They had the job done in a very timely manner. And they made sure not to interfere with our regular business operations throughout the work. Very appreciative!
Awesome customer service. Chris was very polite, professional and very knowledgeable.
Over the past years, starting in 2014, we have used Waterworks for any of our plumbing issues. Recently we had issues regarding Plumbing, HVAC and Drain issues. Waterworks approach, was to assign an expert to each of these issues. The results have been excellent in each. Pricing is very good. Last year we were having sump pump issues. Waterworks checked everything. They recommended installing a Backup Sump Pump System. We did this and it is wonderful. We Highly Recommend Waterworks!
Strong communication, courteous and friendly service. Would highly reccomend.
Collin did an excellent job. He gave us a price on the work to be done and that we needed to contact the city to turn off the water to the house. Will make an appoint to replace the water shut-off valve in the next couple of weeks.
I had an emergency backup that I needed cleared same day. I have used other companies in the past that resolve the problem at a low cost but want to come out later and sell expensive fixes. The experience with Waterworks was that they wanted to fix the drain blockage to the best of their ability at that time. If further work needed done it could still be evaluated, but there was more than a bandaid on my current issue.
We had a miserable waste line backup that flooded a good portion of our basement. Waterworks was the only company available to come out same-day. Samuel arrived within two hours of my initial call, unclogged the waste pipe, cleared the floor drain - allowing the backup to clear - and had us back in business for 1/2 to 1/3 the cost of the other companies’ estimates… and the other companies would’ve left us with standing sewage backup in our basement for at least another 24 hours. I wouldn’t hesitate to have Samuel come out for any of our future plumbing nightmares. 🙂
I have been a Jonle regular for a lot of years. I actually have never been disappointed by any of the techs Jonle have sent. They are polite trustworthy types. When Cory was finished with the service, he asked there was anything else he could do for me before he left. I asked about the basement lights being off. He let a light on that was on when he went down. He ran back downstairs for me and turned it off. Not a service requirement. But it is something a nice guy does for an getting older lady.
JonLe is a professional organization. Technicians are knowledgeable and professional. I have used JohLe for over 25 years.
Very professional and knowledgeable technician. I was very impressed with the service.
I was impressed but this company. They got here quick sent a text with technical's picture saying he was on the way. Since my husband couldn't be here it made me feel safe just knowing who was coming. Matt was very professional and nice took time to explain the issue with our boiler system along with pictures showing the damage. Waiting on estimates for part replacement versus replacement of boiler. Great job that's for going above all rest. The picture text A+
Waterworks has been my go-to for years, and they consistently deliver excellent service. Easy, timely scheduling, and they always send experienced, knowledgeable professionals who take the time to thoroughly explain what's going on and walk me through my options. I especially appreciate that they don't just fix the issue - they take the time to answer my questions and provide guidance so I can maintain things myself going forward. They stick to their original quotes when things become more complicated and provide options to manage my costs (e.g. order a part myself.) I had two services in the past two weeks: a kitchen sink installation that required reconfiguring and replacing all of the hardware underneath, and a toilet repair for which the part was not available, but the rep helped me order the correct part and provided enough instruction to install it when it arrives.
My experience with The Waterworks has been very good. Michael assessed my plumbing issues and made necessary repairs. I really appreciated the fact he pointed out that I didn't need the service I thought I did. Thus, I was not overcharged. I recommend The Waterworks if you need plumbing service.
The service was excellent and the young man who came out was very professional.
Very impressed with the courtesy and knowledge of plumber Jonathan. He was able to repair the leak in record time having to cut pipes etc. Great job. Emergency service is stressful!
Chris showed up 2 hours early (after a courtesy call). The service call was not needed as it was my own naivety that caused this situation. Chris clearly explained the dilemma and was out the door in 20 minutes. This is not the first time that I have had Water Works out to my house and it WILL NOT be the last. SUPER company!
They called ahead to see if they could come earlier, not an issue. Cory was respectful and worked quietly and finished his work with no issues. Highly recommend them.
We thought our sump pump had failed and needed to be replaced. Tech showed up on time and found that the breaker had been flipped. No pressure to purchase something we didn't need....he just flipped the breaker, told us that was what was wrong, told us he turned it on and confirmed the sump pump was working and left. Great experience! Will definitely call them again if we have another issue!
I have had no experience with the Water Works prior to this trip. I am so glad I gave them a try. I had 2 guys on 2 separate days and they were wonderful, knowledgeable and caring. Thank you Mike and Matt you came in and took the time and answered my questions and fixed the problem. I will certainly give you referrals and positive feedback!! I think you guys should get a raise! Thanks again for helping me!!
Service was very good. The technicians were great and knew their business. I was very satisfied. They also replaced some PVC pipes.
Super professional install and excellent follow-up troubleshooting. Thanks to Shane, Jayden, Tom, Walt, and Antwone for their quality service. equally big thanks to Waterworks/Hetter Heating and Cooling.
Received great service in one day 22 degrees outside definitely use this team again. Thanks guys
John came out for preventative maintenance on my sewer line because of a tree in my front yard always having roots entering the line and causing backup. He did a great job and sent his 6 inch blade the full 90 feet to clear the line.
Quite possibly the most detail oriented company I’ve worked with. The way their HVAC installer made sure every wire was secured in brackets and everything was run neat and tidy really tingles all the OCD tendencies one may have. Overall I couldn’t have chosen a better company to work with!
We called a few plumbers for the same issue at Horizon High School. They all came, inspected the problem, and left after giving us repair quotes. Thomas from Water Works was different. He carefully examined the issue, explained how the system works in detail, and offered a very effective solution. He didn’t just give us a quote — he took the time to help us understand the problem and then fixed it properly. We truly appreciated his professionalism, knowledge, and clear communication. Highly recommended!
Victor did a wonderful job. It took awhile to clear the obstruction but he hung in there. Plus he knows how to work with old, crabby women who just want their kitchen in working order. Thanks, Victor.
The whole experience with Waterworks was positive. I called during the weekend and spoke to a representative and scheduled a service call for Monday. They arrived at the time that was promised and a call was made 30 minutes prior to arrival. The technician was courteous and explained what potentially could have occurred and what options I would have. Service call was completed and I am very satisfied with the entire process.
