Minimally Invasive Sewer & Pipeline Restoration
Traditional pipe repairs often require major excavation, causing disruptions, noise, and expensive landscape damage. At The Waterworks, we offer a modern alternative—trenchless PipeLining technology—allowing us to repair cracked, leaking, and root-infested pipelines without the hassle of digging.
Using Cured-in-Place Pipe (CIPP) rehabilitation, we restore and reinforce existing pipes from the inside, extending their lifespan by up to 50 years.

Advantages of PipeLining Technology
Traditional pipe repairs require heavy machinery, water shutoffs, and weeks of excavation. PipeLining offers a trenchless, efficient alternative with benefits such as:
- Minimal Digging – Requires only a small access point, reducing property damage.
- Faster Completion – Most PipeLining repairs are completed in a single day.
- Cost-Effective – Lower labor and equipment costs compared to traditional excavation.
- Works with Any Pipe Material – Compatible with clay, cast iron, concrete, and PVC pipes.
- Strong & Flexible – Can handle pipe bends and bridge damaged sections.
- Long-Lasting Durability – Restores pipe strength for up to 50 years, reducing future repairs.
PipeLining is an ideal non-invasive solution for businesses, municipalities, and homeowners looking for long-term sewer and drainage solutions.
How PipeLining Works
Instead of digging up old pipes, The Waterworks uses a durable, cured-in-place material to line the inside of your existing pipes, creating a seamless, watertight barrier.
Step-by-Step Process:
- Inspection – A high-resolution video camera assesses the pipe’s condition.
- Cleaning & Preparation – Pipes are cleared of debris, corrosion, and tree roots to ensure proper bonding.
- Liner Installation – A flexible resin liner is inserted into the damaged pipe and cured-in-place, sealing cracks and reinforcing the pipe.
- Final Testing – Pressure and flow tests confirm a leak-free, structurally sound pipe.
This method allows us to repair entire pipelines or smaller damaged sections, preventing future leaks, root intrusions, and corrosion.
Benefits of PipeLining Over Traditional Repairs
PipeLining is more than just a quick fix—it actively prevents future pipeline failures by:
- Reducing Corrosion – Stops metal pipes from rusting and degrading over time.
- Preventing Root Intrusion – Seals pipes completely, preventing tree roots from growing inside.
- Eliminating Water Infiltration – Stops rainwater and groundwater contamination.
- Minimizing Future Repairs – Creates a stronger, watertight solution than traditional PVC replacement.
Unlike traditional pipe replacement, which requires extensive digging, PipeLining is performed with minimal impactto your property or business operations.
Conventional Pipe Repair & Patching
For smaller repair jobs, The Waterworks also offers:
- Localized Pipe Patching – Repairs specific damaged sections instead of replacing entire pipelines.
- Trenchless Pipe Bursting – Replaces pipes without digging long trenches.
- Traditional Excavation Repairs – When necessary, we perform full pipe replacements while minimizing disruption.
Our Approach:
- Minimizing excavation using advanced digging techniques.
- Owning our excavation equipment—no delays or rental costs.
- Ensuring job site safety throughout the repair process.
- Fully restoring your property after repairs—leaving no mess behind.
Hydro-Excavation: A Non-Destructive Alternative
Hydro-Excavation is a safe, precise method for exposing underground utilities, cables, and pipelines without causing damage. Instead of using shovels, jackhammers, or backhoes, we use high-pressure water to gently remove soil.
Benefits of Hydro-Excavation:
- Prevents Utility Strikes – Avoids damaging buried power lines, pipes, and fiber-optic cables.
- Safer Than Traditional Digging – Reduces the risk of gas leaks, water main breaks, or electrical hazards.
- Ideal for Confined Spaces – Works in tight areas where heavy equipment can’t fit.
The Waterworks owns and operates Hydro-Excavation and Vacuuming equipment, ensuring safe and efficient service.

I needed to have a new kitchen faucet installed. Waterworks was recommended to me by a friend. Just to be sure I checked out their reviews online, which added up to 4.7 out of 5 stars. I called at 7:45 a.m. the day after New Years Day (a Friday morning), and an actual human, who spoke understandable English, answered. I explained my problem, and she checked that day's scheduled openings, of which there were none. That didn't surprise me, but then I was happily surprised when she offered me an appointment Monday morning. I happily booked it, and, sure enough , Kameron showed up right around 8:30. After some show and tell on my part, he quickly, efficiently, and professionally got to work. He found that I needed new hot and cold water shut-off valves with new 1/4-turn angle stops for improved serviceability, which I authorized him to do after showing me the problem. He was most polite, personable and respectful to me and of my home, and knowledgable, finishing the job in a timely manner and to my complete satisfaction. I am putting Waterworks (and Kameron) on my speed dial for any future needs. Can't recommend them highly enough!
Always great service, Jason gave me good information on condition and age of my furnace. He was very knowledgeable and helpful.
Quick very detailed service ,friendly and knowledgeable service person.
Glad I chose Waterworks for my plumbing main valve fix - they quoted me $100 under Atlas Butler (where I was a member). Very professional!

We’ve been loyal JonLe customers since 1996 which included replacing all furnaces and A/C units as well as installing zoned heating and cooling solutions throughout our homes. They are always highly professional, prompt with excellent service at all times. I would not go anywhere else. Their sales, installation and service teams are first rate! Thanks JonLe!
On time, detailed, courteous, & kind… explained options & what they were doing & fees clearly / no surprises
Easy to book an appointment through the site, my technician actually showed up early and was clean, polite and efficient. He explained the issue clearly and got our outdated water heater replaced same day.
These folks do a great job. They're prompt, courteous, and know what they're doing. They supply top of the line repair parts.
No complaints about this company. They hsve been quick to help me with any issues. A tech named Chad helped me today. He was thorough and helpful.
Had some gutter work done and needed line ran to make sure there were no blockage. Tech ran camera to check first it there was an problem, there was not.
We have always had a superiority experience with JonLe Heating and cooling. Great salesmen ,installers technicians and customer service would highly recommend over and over Thank you JonLe
Collin came out and was extremely professional and arrived on time. He did excellent work and explained everything clearly while also keeping a great, friendly conversation throughout the visit. Our issue was that no water was coming out of the tub faucet. Not only did he fix that problem, but he also repaired a leaking pipe connected to the tub spout that we didn’t even realize needed attention. The pricing was very reasonable for the quality of work. We were very satisfied with the service and will definitely be using this company again in the future.
The Jonle guys just completed the 2x / year service and were great to work with. From putting booties on before they entered the house, to their quick, efficient and effective work, to their knowledge- all was great. I recommend them all the time!
Our sump pump was found leaking on a Saturday around 2p. I called immediately and we were able to arrange for an emergency appt. Garrett was a great plumber, courteous/professional and very efficient in his work late that evening. My only complaint would be the lack of ability to know a time or have more frequent communication about the workers arrival time after my initial call. I had to call around 10p and they finally confirmed an appt from 10:45p-12:45a. Service was excellent and price was reasonable. Would have given 5 stars if communication was better about the appt time.
I’ve worked with Waterworks several times for work (a car wash). They always provide service in a timely manner, have fair pricing, are upfront and honest, and very professional.
Kevin was most knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Answered all my questions and helped me formulate a plan of action.
I made an emergency call because I couldn’t get my kitchen sink back together without leaking. The technician came out, tightened a few things and said Merry Christmas- no charge. So grateful.
My tech was professional, and the price was reasonable. Before the tech left, it appeared the problem was solved, however it turns out only part of it was. I reached out them immediately, and the tech returned the next day. He fixed all the problems on my initial complaint, found one more issue and addressed that, too. He spent a lot of time in my home, was very polite and competent. I will use Waterworks again.
Have always been pleased with Waterworks. They’ve done several jobs for us. Quick, friendly, good service for good prices that are always quoted ahead of time. Recent repair was under the kitchen sink. Came in, evaluated the problem, got materials from the truck, and had the job done in about an hour. Very satisfied.
Technician was on time and courteous and friendly. He answered my questions fully and knowledgeably. Pleased with Jonle for sure.
My tenants did not have working water over the weekend and no vendors were available. Waterworks were able to come out on the same day and get the repairs and water turned back on within hours. Susan from dispatch is wonderful and techs Jeff Nick and Tommy were very communicative and got the job done. I would 1000% reccomend to anyone for after hours or over the weekend emergencies.
Peter was right on time, very personable, and clearly explained what he had to do to replace the corroded pipe under my bathroom sink. He wasted no time getting the job done. I am very satisfied with his work and happy to have a functioning sink upstairs again!
Had a busted water pipe replaced. Technician was fantastic and did a great job. I used Waterworks for the same problem last year. I think the pricing has substantially increased from last year. The do a really good job, so I would still recommend.
We have been with JonLe for over 3 years now. Love the promptness, respectful and excellent service, and the connection they maintain in reminding us to have someone check and service our equipment for longevity. Couldn't be happier.
Noah did a great job doing our Fall/Winter HVAC checkup today! He was very prompt, checked everything thoroughly and made sure we had no questions afterward. We appreciated his professionalism and kindness throughout. Highly recommend JonLe!
So happy with Jonlee and the technician that solved the gas leak in my furnace. They were able to fit me in and were onsite within 2 hours!! Phenomenal!
Was timely, courteous, and reasonably priced. Provided a clear diagnosis. Couldn’t fix because my system appears to be obsolete 😭😭😭
Great company timely, polite, knowledgeable. Would recommend giving them a call so much better than other plumbing companies.
Excellent next day service. Showed up on time. Service tech, Ivan, was fantastic and seemingly has solved the issue. Impressed that he triple checked his results before leaving. 3rd time they've done work for us and they're great.
They have done a lot of work for me over the years. They don’t replace things that don’t need replacing. They give a fair price and do great work
