Jordan came out, scoped the downspout pipes that were clogged up, removed a bunch of roots and other debris, and also cleaned out the rock-filter box by the road that the pipes dump the water into. He knew what the issue was before opening the compartment to show me the AC coil unit. 19 years old and the rust and decay of the unit was amassing to see. Matt explained all of our options and the cost involved. His advice to replace all of the AC components made the most sense and we felt most confident in his recommendation.
