Waterworks is fantastic, which is why we continue to use them. Update as of 02/12/26: We really love Waterworks. Huge fan as we've used them for years. Called on Monday, secured an appointment for Thursday snagging the morning 4 hour window. Got a call from John at near 10 am - he was on his way. Arrived friendly, professional and efficient. We have been using JonLe for almost 40 years. We have never had a single problem with them. The office staff are always very friendly and helpful. The technician’s are always on time and very knowledgeable and respectful of your property. They will advise you have any issues and make suggestions to improve your heating and cooling systems but they are never a hard sell. They have been with us through 2 houses and now a condo. Discovered a plumbing issue with a toilet before going to bed. We’ve always had good luck with waterworks so I scheduled an appointment online the next morning and they were able to come out later that same day. Communication and service were excellent.
