On a Tuesday evening at 5pm, we described the problem to Waterworks expecting to have to wait a couple of weeks for an appointment. Instead, they were able to get us on the schedule for Thursday afternoon (only 2 days later)! That day, Brian, our plumber, called and texted to say he when he would arrive, and he did right on schedule. He looked at the problem and identified a couple of different ways it could be handled. Then, Brian looked at pricing for each option to determine the one that was most long lasting yet cost effective. He then worked quickly but carefully to complete the job. And Brian did a great job cleaning up! Couldn't be happier with the job.

We requested technician Jason to perform the service because we have had him before (quite a few times) and we have been very pleased with his performance as well as his knowledge of HVAC systems.
