I called Thursday and they had someone out Friday afternoon. We had drain issues from down spouts. He jetted and used a camera to clean out and identified the section collapsed. Very knowledgeable and efficient. Would definitely use again.

Expert and thorough work by their technicians. Rates can be a bit higher than other companies, but their work is excellent. My tech found a coupon to save me some money. They are easy to schedule.

I've been using JonLe for my HVAC services for years and their technicians have always been professional, thorough, and honest. Today, Mark came out to do my annual AC maintenance. He's been here before, and I'm always appreciative of how he goes though everything he inspected and tuned up. He's very knowledgable and offers great advice to keep my system in tip top shape. I would highly recommend JonLe to anyone who needs HVAC service.

I had to have the HVAC compressor replaced. Matt, was the Service Repair man who installed my new compressor. He did an excellent job and had my AC up and running in about 4 hours! I was so thankful! I have used JonLe for over 30 years. They were very accommodating and was able to get my AC up and going on a 90° day! I have always been very pleased with their workmanship and their staff. I was fortunate enough to have the same service man, Dan, for my tune-ups for over a decade. Thank you!

Tech was very nice and serviced the air conditioner in a timely fashion with no problems.

I observed water backing up and fountaining from the outside downspout where it enters the ground during rainfall. To determine whether there was an underground blockage or another drainage issue, I contacted Waterworks for an inspection. The technician, Logan L., reviewed the situation, explained the range of possible causes, discussed potential outcomes, and provided sound recommendations for resolution. He was professional, courteous and very patient in explaining (and even re-explaining). When I need to work with Waterworks again, I would very much like to request Logan.

Look, sometimes your major appliances finally give out and when you’re faced with such situations, what you want is a reliable service that will help get your homestead back to normal operating order. That’s what these technicians (Conrad and Ryan) were able to do for me. They removed an 80gal hot water tank with nearly 2 decades of accumulated sediment out of one helluva tight utility closet in a condo. Installation of new tank was performed seamlessly, and they were a couple cool dudes that made the time go by easily. Took 1 business day to get on the Waterworks’ books. Job wrapped up within 5hrs. Appreciate the quality work.

Worked with Jonle for years, on repairs to original furnace then eventually when did a new system. They're always very professional and answer all questions! Do the yearly tune up package for peace of mind to take care of system/ prevent problems! Highly recommend!

We have seasonal checkups and are very satisfied with all aspects of the services provided. A couple of years ago we needed to replace our old HVAC systems, and that process -- sales and installation -- was also excellent.

Our tech was friendly and professional. He did a great job and communicated clearly. He turned off all the lights in the basement when done saving me time to not walk downstairs to turn them off, very conscious. Paperwork was electronic and speedily sent upon completion of the work. The dispatch personnel are pleasant to talk to, they are helpful and responsive. We have been using Jonle for many years and will continue due to the great service. We participate in the annual contract that gives two maintenance tune-ups, on for winter and one for summer. If problems arise the maintenance plan provides availability above non plan members, parts are cheaper and other perks.

I really like that the company sends a photo of the technician and a brief description prior to his arrival. Any work they have done, including installing a new air conditioner and heat pump, has been professional, and I highly recommend them.

We recently had our sump pump replaced by The Waterworks, and I couldn't be happier with the service. Our technician, Kameron Gates, was professional, courteous, and punctual from start to finish. He arrived on time, wore shoe covers before entering our home, and took great care to keep everything clean throughout the job. Kameron performed a thorough inspection, explained the condition of our old sump pump, and replaced it with a new one. What really stood out was his attention to detail and willingness to answer every question we had. He clearly explained the work being done and made sure we understood everything before he left. After the installation, he cleaned the work area thoroughly and left everything in excellent condition.

Jonle is always there when we need them, on time, professional, and clean. Recently Jason got our thermostat back online and took the time to explain itt to me.

We needed fire hydrant repair. For privately owned hydrants. I have used them multiple times they are always absolutely the best.

The service person who came was very kind and on time. I was hoping there was record of what electrician they had come out to install the outlet for my sump pump they installed 6 years ago, but they said they don't keep records that long ago which was unfortunate, since it the faulty outlet that stopped the sump pump from working which then caused my basement to flood.

Great service! The technician, Noah Pettit, showed up on time, explained what he was going to do, and then did it in a thoroughly professional manner. He was very friendly and courteous throughout.
